I believe Barley Green to be one of the essential ingredients to nourish the body and part of God's creation of the abundance of food in variety with taste as one of the five senses. However, Barley Green in its concentrated form may be too potent for me to tolerate and this may be my problem yesterday with my stomach and colon. It seems that no one in the world knows everything about health and very few people know anything about good nutrition especially the nutritionist who are studied and have the degrees but no nothing of any real helpful value on how to eat for health. In Albuquerque New Mexico today a three year-old girl was taken from her mother because she is double overweight and they are trying to diagnose her problem. I believe it is the fat in the diet food synthetics from margarine and cooking oils that overshoot the internal controls of weight and are making half of our people fat with all of contributing diseases occurring. To get into the routine of exercise of mind and body Daily is a full-time job. To get all coffee out is a mountain to climb that all need to master. To stay free of our poison water is a big job. To eat right in citrus Daily for vitamin C is a routine we could not afford to avoid. And being all too busy to do any of these things may be costly in the future. It is not true about what we eat or do not eat, it is what is eating us, and the good things we eat cannot overcome all the bad. Until we overcome the temptation to eat harmful foods, then we cannot begin our long recovery to maximum health, joy and peace of living a pure life. Let us praise the Lord in all sayings and realize that everyday is a good day as everyday is God’s day. Worship!

On September 5, the Today Show carried a display of composition art by a famous artist in New York attended by many celebrities including Martha Stewart and Mike Wallace, making a lot to do of art generated from the use of photos, newspapers and even a lot of trash. America and the world has a weird sense of appreciation and judgment of what is good to decorate with. Paint meaningful art and get trashed. Paint junk and get famous. I am an outsider artist in art industry terms untrained and not trying to win any awards or sell any art. I paint to express myself the deep feeling of world conditions and of many things I see in my spirit from the prophecy of the Bible I believe is coming upon earth in the very near future. Writing this is a challenge and it seems that Satan does everything to baffle me but I continue and I will speak the truth always to reveal it, so help me God.

I search my soul to see where I must be and what is most important for me in everyday life to spend my time and energy. A jog on the treadmill and 20 pushups to start my body to function well and serve me as I serve the Lord. To fit into God's plan and to do God's will is to insulate yourself from the world and thoughts of evil. To hear professional men talk suggestively always thinking evil, even preachers dwelling on cheap idle conversation is disgusting to hear and to see. Seek the Lord for a true born again experience where the heart is changed and sanctified by the power of God and where the soul is filled with the Holy Spirit of God, where your tongue is controlled by the Holy Ghost and your heart rejoices in the love of God and then peace flows like a river through your body and soul, this is the inner peace God intended for his people to have, may we have it dear Lord.
